FolioFundamentals is free. There is no paid plan, no trial countdown and no credit card form.

**Founding member offer:** the first 10,000 members get full access to every feature free for twelve
months from the day they sign up. If paid plans are ever introduced, that free year is honoured in full.

**How much does FolioFundamentals cost?**
Nothing. It is free to use, and the first 10,000 members get every feature free for a year from the
day they sign up. No credit card is required at any point.

**Is anything held back?**
No. There is no cut-down tier. Signing in unlocks the whole product.

**Do I need a credit card?**
No. There is no card form anywhere in the product, because there is nothing to charge for.

**What happens after the free year ends?**
Paid plans do not exist yet. If they are introduced later, founding members keep their free year in
full, with clear notice well before anything changes. Nobody is charged without opting in first.

**What happens once 10,000 members have joined?**
The founding-member offer closes for new signups. The product itself stays free — the offer
guarantees the first 10,000 members a full year regardless of what comes afterwards.

**Why is it free?**
FolioFundamentals is early, and the priority is people using it and reporting what is wrong with it.
Charging before the product has earned it would slow that down.

**How does FolioFundamentals make money?**
Currently it doesn't. There is no advertising, no paid stock promotion, and no selling of personal
data — that last part is a permanent commitment.
